Shell Beach is a beautiful and popular location for shooting senior portraits. The rocks are dramatic and full of color, the light in the early evening is soft and golden, and on the day we shot Kody's senior portraits, there were massive piles of seaweed strewn all over the rocks and shore! We were just one of several senior portrait sessions taking place on the day we were there, but we found some secluded spots for shooting and the seaweed and it's fragrance added to the coastal ambiance.
Kody enjoys fishing, so Shell Beach was a great location choice for both personal and aesthetic reasons. I love the flannel shirt Kody chose. The colors blended so well with the environment, and really accentuated his gorgeous blue eyes.
